Coco-Glucoside	Plant-Derived	Primary sulphate-free surfactant from coconut & glucose. Produces rich lather. Gentle on skin, scalp, and hair microbiome. Biodegradable.
Glycerin	Vegetable-Derived	Humectant. Draws and locks moisture to skin and hair during the rinse, ensuring a clean — not dry — result.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

As a Face Cleanser

01  Wet face with lukewarm water.

02  Dispense 1 pump into palm.

03  Massage gently in circular motions for 30–60 seconds, avoiding the eye area.

04  Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Pat dry.

05  Follow immediately with 3-in-1 Crème while skin is still damp for best absorption.

Use morning and/or evening. Suitable for daily use.

As a Sulphate-Free Shampoo

01  Wet hair fully with warm water — warmth helps open the hair cuticle for a deeper clean.

02  Apply 2–3 pumps directly to the scalp, not the hair lengths.

03  Massage the scalp firmly for 60–90 seconds. Allow the lather to travel down to the hair lengths.

04  Rinse thoroughly with cool water — cool water helps seal the cuticle.

05  Apply 3-in-1 Crème as a leave-in conditioner to damp hair. Do not rinse out.

For very dry or dense hair, a second application to the scalp may be beneficial.

As a Body Wash

01  Apply 2–3 pumps to a damp loofah, sponge, or palms.

02  Work into a lather before applying to the body.

03  Wash skin in long, upward strokes from feet to shoulders.

04  Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

05  Apply 3-in-1 Crème to damp skin immediately after stepping out of the shower.

Patch test recommended for first-time users with sensitive skin. Apply a small amount to the inner arm and leave it on for 24 hours before applying the full amount.
